Only the freshest quality ingredients are used in the two open kitchens where the busy chefs can be seen preparing the special dishes…gemsbok with pistachio nut crust and sweet potato mash; Norwegian salmon, slightly seared, with red onion marmalade and milk curry sauce; flat gnocchi, served with mushrooms, asparagus and greens, with a blue cheese sauce.
